Our Story :-

The Journey to smart home Business

It all began when our CEO was building his chalet in Khiran. He envisioned a living space that wasn’t just luxurious, but truly intelligent — a home that could take care of itself.

He imagined lights turning on and off automatically, curtains and shutters adjusting themselves based on the sun’s position, outside temperature, and weather conditions. More importantly, he wanted each room to maintain the ideal climate tailored to the comfort of each family member.

This vision led to a search for the most advanced smart home system — one that could think, adapt, and simplify everyday living. That search turned into a passion, and eventually, into the foundation of our company’s Smart home division.

Since the chalet was located in a remote part of Khiran, and development in the area was still ongoing, security and remote monitoring were critical. Our technical team researched numerous smart home brands, but none fully met our requirements in terms of reliability, flexibility, and seamless integration. Then we discovered Loxone — a complete smart home solution that had everything we were looking for, and more. However, there were no official Loxone partners in Kuwait at the time. Undeterred, we reached out to Loxone directly, completed all their certification requirements, and proudly became their official local partner. Our technical team successfully completed the first Loxone project at the chalet, which has now become a global reference project:

"رحلة إلى الأعمال المنزلية الذكية"

بدأت رحلتنا عندما كان الرئيس التنفيذي لشركتنا يقوم ببناء شاليه خاص به في منطقة الخيران. لم يكن يبحث فقط عن مساحة فاخرة، بل عن منزل ذكي بحق – منزل يمكنه الاعتناء بنفسه.

تخيل أن تُضاء الأنوار وتنطفئ تلقائيًا، وأن تُغلق الستائر والمظلات بناءً على موقع الشمس، ودرجة الحرارة الخارجية، وحالة الطقس. والأهم من ذلك، أن تحافظ كل غرفة على درجة الحرارة المثالية حسب راحة كل فرد من أفراد العائلة.

هذه الرؤية قادتنا إلى البحث عن أكثر أنظمة المنزل الذكي تطورًا – نظام يمكنه التفكير، والتكيف، وتبسيط تفاصيل الحياة اليومية. هذا البحث تحول إلى شغف، ثم أصبح أساسًا لإنشاء قسم المنازل الذكية في شركتنا.

نظرًا لأن الشاليه يقع في منطقة نائية من الخيران، وكانت المنطقة لا تزال قيد التطوير، أصبحت الأمن والمراقبة عن بُعد من الأولويات الأساسية. قام فريقنا الفني بدراسة عدد كبير من أنظمة المنزل الذكي، ولكن لم يلبِ أي منها متطلباتنا من حيث الاعتمادية، والمرونة، والتكامل السلس.

ثم اكتشفنا Loxone – حل متكامل للمنزل الذكي، يحتوي على كل ما كنا نبحث عنه وأكثر. لكن في ذلك الوقت، لم يكن هناك شركاء رسميون لـ Loxone في الكويت. لذلك تواصلنا مباشرة مع الشركة، وأكملنا جميع متطلبات الشراكة والتدريب، وأصبحنا بكل فخر الشريك المحلي الرسمي لها.

نجح فريقنا الفني في تنفيذ أول مشروع باستخدام Loxone في الشاليه، والذي أصبح اليوم مرجعًا عالميًا:
